Embracing triggers is an integral part of our human journey.
I experience triggers – sometimes on a daily basis, and at other times, there may be months between these moments.
Upon recognizing that I’ve been triggered, I consciously open myself to everything that surfaces – emotions, feelings, thoughts, moods, and more.
Contrary to common belief, getting triggered and provoked is a crucial aspect of navigating our existence.
It serves as a spotlight, reflecting essential information back to us for processing and understanding.
Only when light penetrates the darkness can we perceive things as they truly are and take corrective action.
Let me illustrate this concept with an example:
Picture yourself engaged in a heated argument with your partner. This situation triggers emotions like anger, unsettledness, and upset.
By delving into these emotions, you begin to decipher the reflections within that moment.
The argument acts as a beacon, unveiling aspects of yourself that might otherwise remain hidden.
The argument itself isn’t inherently good or bad; it’s a tool the divine is using to reveal your entire self.
With practice, you can become adept at interpreting these concealed messages from the Creator.
Regularly engaging in this process enables you to swiftly return to your center once triggered, sparing yourself unnecessary pain and suffering.
Everything in the Universe plays a role in our growth – a fundamental principle of nature, relentless in its pursuit of expansion.
It’s an eternal, infinite process impossible to halt.
By embracing deep surrender and letting go, we come to understand that the divine’s intentions for humanity are benevolent.
In this perspective, everything in the world works in our favor, not against us.
So, release your grip, flow with the river of life, allow yourself to be cradled by the creator, and collaborate to bring forth the life you truly desire.
Tune into the frequency of endless possibilities, for within that resonance, anything becomes achievable.
