Praying the Rosary is a powerful ancient practice that is quite possibly millions of years old. I like to pray the rosary most days amongst many of the other devotional prayers and chants that I include in my practice.
For me itβs a deep honouring to Pachamama, Mother Earth. Holding onto a set of Rosary beads while praying is also very nice.
You can pick these up at your local church, hunt around at op shops or make your own.
So here is the sacred prayer:
Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us, now and at the hour of our death. A-ho
Our Father
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. A-ho
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father, and to the Child,
and to the Holy Mother, as it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be, world without end. A-ho
A-ho Great Spirit
